I have been at Dena Marie’s when they have been swamped and I have been there when it’s just me and the staff. Every time I have visited them at the salon they make me feel like the only customer in the store.
The staff is so attentive no matter how many people are in the store and everyone on staff knows about your order. Whether you have an appointment or not, they treat you like the princess you want to be.
I was even in during a power outage to order my dress and the entire staff did everything they could to keep things running and they never missed a beat.
Everyone on staff is very professional and I have never seen a staff member without a smile on their face.
